Harassment of Kashmiris: Omar Abdullah in Touch With Other Chief Ministers

Srinagar, April 24: Following reports about Kashmiri students being harassed in several states outside Jammu and Kashmir, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Thursday said that he is in touch with his counterparts in theses states.

In a post on X, Omar Abdullah Said that the J&K government is in touch with the governments of the states where these reports are originating from.

“I’m also in touch with my counterpart Chief Ministers in these states & have requested they take extra care,” he said.

Earlier, the former Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti also spoke to Home Minster Amit Shah, seeking the safety of Kashmiris outside J&K.
