According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Adil after completing his graduation decided to set up a business unit and provide employment to youth. “He had an idea to start a Cafe where he can serve the best quality food to the people.”

However, what prompted him to come up with the unit for a longer period is the lack of funds. But, the financial government help under the Prime Minister’s financial schemes brought relief to Adil as he got the assistance well on time to make his dream come true.

Finally, with government finance, Adil succeeded in establishing a multi food cafe “Crystal Cafe and restaurant” (CCR) where he provides employment to nearly a dozen youth.

At Adil’s CCR, the best quality pizzas, and fast food in the area, attracting a good number of customers is available. With time due to his hard work; he becomes prominent in the area and starts getting orders from all nearby areas.Like elsewhere in the country, the emergence of Covid-19 affected his business but he didn’t give up and continued his hard work.

Appealing youth to gear up and follow the ambitions and aims in life. He said there are several government schemes where they can get financial help to set up their business.
