Stating that the confusion prevailed all across yesterday over the moon sighting, she said that they are expecting to put an end to such chaos by next year. “It is an era of technology and everything is available, we will take measures to end such chaos by next Eid,” she said.

Talking to Asian News Hub (ANH), she further said that special arrangements have been put in place at Dargah Hazratbal this Ramadhan so that the devotees will not face any hardships during rains or hot weather conditions.

The Taraveeh prayers from Hazratbal shrine will be telecasted live from today, she said.

She also said that Bait-ul-maal, which is not the part of Waqf funds, will be utilized for helping the poor in the local areas.
