Jammu, Nov 10: Encounter has started between terrorists and security forces in Chaas area of Kishtwar district on Sunday.
Quoting a top police GNS reported that exchange of fire underway between terrorists and security forces in the area.
The cordon and search operation was launched by the joint team of Police and army based on specific input about presence of some militants in the area.

Till this report was being filed intermittent exchange of fire was going on.
