An encounter has started between militants and security forces in Hallan forest area of Manzgam village of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Friday evening.

Kashmir Zone Police in a tweet said, “#Encounter has started at high reaches of Halan forest area of #Kulgam district. Army & Kulgam Police area on the job. Further details shall follow.”
