Baramulla, May 30: Eight policemen were injured on Friday when a police vehicle met with an accident near the Twin Bridge area in Uri, North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
According to a senior police officer, the Gypsy vehicle from Police Post Udoosa was on its way for deployment duty when it slipped off the road and overturned near Twin Bridge.
All eight policemen inside the vehicle got injured and were quickly taken to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Uri for treatment.
