Srinagar, Sept 16: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has deputed an official delegation, headed by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, to participate in an international tourism event in Paris later this month.
According to a government order, the delegation will attend the IFTM Top Resa, a major global travel and tourism trade fair, scheduled to be held in Paris from September 23 to 25, 2025.

The order states that the Chief Minister, who also holds charge of the Tourism Department, will be accompanied by Nasir Aslam Wani, Advisor to the Chief Minister, and Vikas Gupta, Director of Tourism, Jammu.

The visit, as per the order, is subject to clearances from the Government of India and fulfillment of other formalities. Expenditure on the tour will be borne by the Tourism Department.
