Bandipora, May 17: A heart-wrenching tragedy unfolded in the Kulhama area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Saturday as a three-year-old boy lost his life after drowning in a water stream.
According to officials, the child accidentally slipped into the stream and drowned. Despite immediate rescue efforts by locals, the boy could not be saved.
The victim has been identified as Muzamil Ahmed Kundoo, son of Irshad Ahmed Kundoo, a resident of Kulhama Bandipora.
