(Asian News Hub) – An Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) of Jammu and Kashmir Police was arrested for taking bribe in south Kashmir’s Pulwama on Saturday, officials said.

They told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a team of ACB raided the Police Station Pulwama and caught ASI Khursheed Ahmad (872/CR) red-handed while taking a bribe of Rupees five-thousand from complainant Gh Mohidin Para of Naira Pulwama.

Officials said that the accused was arrested and taken into the custody by ACB team.
