Reports reaching to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) said the family members and relatives of Masroor Abbas Mir, a 10th standard student at AMU, who went missing three days ago held a massive protest demonstration, seeking his whereabouts.

The protestors sought intervention of Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant governor to ensure the safety and return of their son.

Masroor Abbas Mir of Bohripora had left his hostel at 8 am for the school on Thursday, but did not reach there.

“We tried to seek his whereabouts from his colleagues and school authorities but nobody is aware where he is,” a family member said.
