Budgam, March 16 (ANH): A 17-year-old youth has gone missing from his home in Aripanthan area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Tuesday while his family appeals for return.

Youth identified as Faisal Ahmad Dar (17) son of Hafizullah Dar, a resident of Aripanthan Budgam who is a 12th class student, went missing on Tuesday afternoon and since then there are no traces of him.

His father Hafizullah Dar while talking with news agency Kashmir Dot Com said that Faisal a 12th class medical student left home on Tuesday for Magam to attend classes at a Tuition centre, however, he didn’t return back.

Faisal didn’t return home at usual time after which we tried to contact him but all in vain as his phone was off following which we tried to contact his friends and all relatives but didn’t get any clue, he said.

‘’After failing to get any clue about him, we lodged his missing report at the concerned police station, he told KDC over the phone.

He along with other family members have requested authorities and the public to help them in tracing their missing son.

A police officer confirmed that his missing report has been filed and efforts are on to trace him.
