Sopore, Dec 05: In a decisive action against unlawful activities, Sopore Police have attached a single-story residential house along with 16 Marlas of land (Survey No. 354) in Nowpora Kalan, Sopore.
The property belongs to terrorist associate Mohd Subhan Khan, son of Ab Satar Khan, a resident of Nowpora Kalan. Khan is a known associate of terrorists, and the attachment was carried out under Section 25 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (UAPA), as part of investigations linked to FIR No. 105/2024 registered at Police Station Sopore.
The attachment was executed in the presence of a police team and the Executive Magistrate, following all legal protocols.
This action is a significant move in the fight against subversive activities in the region and reflects the police’s firm resolve to combat threats to national security and ensure lasting peace and stability in the area.
