Srinagar, Feb 05 (ANH): A soldier was killed while another got injured after a truck hit them near Fruit mandi in Parimpora area of Srinagar on Saturday. The truck dirver tried to flee from the spot but was chased and arrested by the police.
According to news agency kashmir news observer – (KNO) two soldiers were hit by a truck reg no JK03J/3811 in which one solider namely Sanjay Kumar of 163/TA belt no 12984287 died and another soldier namely Rafiq Ahmad of 163/ TA belt No 12984394 got injured and is being treated a the hospital.
Meanwhile, the Truck driver namely Feroz Ahmad resident of Bogam Kulgam who tried to flee later was arrested by police.
