Srinagar, April 14: The Meteorological Department here has predicted a spell of unstable weather between April 18 and 20. According to the forecast, the region is expected to witness generally cloudy skies with light to moderate rain and snow (in higher reaches) at most places.
The department has also warned of the possibility of moderate to heavy rainfall at isolated locations, particularly on April 18 and 19. This wet spell is likely to be accompanied by thunder and gusty winds, especially from the evening of April 18 onwards.
