A pedestrian was killed in a road accident in Chattergul area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Sunday afternoon.

Reports reaching Asian News Hub (ANH) said a pedestrian identified as Abdul Ahad Wani, a resident of Chattergul, was hit by tavera vehicle this afternoon.
They said that Abdul Ahad was rushed to medical facility for treatment, where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
Meanwhile police has taken cognizance of the incident, reports added.
