A 17-year-old boy who was critically injured in a road accident in Chadoora area of central Kashmir’s Budgam on Thursday, succumbed to injuries this morning.

Reports said that Ubaid Shafi son of Muhammad Shafi Aakhoon, a resident of Namblabal Pampore had sustained grievous injuries in a road accident in Chadoora.
They said that Ubaid was subsequently rushed to nearby medical facility, where from he was shifted to Srinagar hospital for specialised treatment, however, he sccumbed to his wounds this morning.

Meanwhile police has taken cognizance of the incident.
