Baramulla, Oct 13: A tragic incident occurred in Kanispora area of Baramulla on Monday when two men were trapped during the excavation of soil.
One of them, identified as Mohammad Ashraf, son of Abdul Ahad and a resident of Haril Handwara, died on the spot. The other person sustained injuries and was shifted to GMC Baramulla for treatment.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident and started further investigation.
