Srinagar, Jun 15: A tragic road accident in the Pattan area of Baramulla district claimed the lives of two individuals, including a non-local.
The accident occurred when a bike bearing the number JK09-7294 crashed at Tappar Payeen. The victims, identified as Ab Rehman Qureshi from Handwara and Anesh Soni from Punjab, sustained critical injuries.
They were evacuated to Trauma Hospital Pattan, but both succumbed to their injuries shortly after arrival.

Confirming the incident, BMO Pattan Dr. Mohammad Taha Khan told local news agency that the families of the deceased have been notified, and the bodies are currently at the hospital.
