A motorcyclist was killed in a road accident near Zaffran colony, panthachowk area of Srinagar outskirts on Monday morning.
Reports reaching Asian News Hub (ANH) said that a motorcyclist identified as Mohammad Sadiq (35), son of Mohammad Salah, resident of Uri, Baramulla, was critically injured after hit by unknown truck at Zaffran colony this morning.
They said that he was rushed to SDH Pampore for treatment, where doctors declared him brought dead.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
