42 Doctors among 6,253 tested positive for Covid In J-K

(Asian News Hub) – At least forty two doctors from Kashmir division, many government officials from Srinagar among 6,253 new coronavirus cases reported in Jammu and Kashmir in last 24 hours, whereas, seven related deaths were also reported on Sunday.

Among these cases, 1,754 were reported from Jammu Division and 4,499 from Kashmir division.

Giving district wise details from Kashmir division, Srinagar reported the highest cases in UT at 1,464, Baramulla 564, Budgam 590, Pulwama 150, Kupwara 344, Anantnag 574, Bandipora 261, Ganderbal 320, Kulgam 174, while Shopian reported lowest cases in Kashmir division at 54.

Moreover, 2,493 COVID-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals across UT.

Meanwhile seven fresh COVID-19 related deaths were also reported in UT, bringing the total death count to 4,605 since Pandemic outbreak.
