Srinagar, Jan 09: A man died on Saturday late evening after he slipped from his own house boat at world famous Dal Lake near Nehru Park Srinagar.
Official sources told the news agency—KNO that a 45-year-old man slipped from his house boat namely Badami near ghat number 11 at world famous Dal Lake.
His body was fished out by locals and was taken to SMHS hospital Srinagar where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival, they said.
Official identified the deceased as Riyaz Ahmad Kana, son of Jalal-ud-din of Dal Lake Srinagar.
