Srinagar, Feb 17: A man was found dead near the Shariefabad Bund in the Bemina area of Srinagar this morning.
Reports said that the deceased identified as Feroz Ahmad Dagga, son of Mehraj-ud-Din Dagga, a resident of Ranbir Bund, Bemina. Locals discovered the body and immediately informed the police.
Upon receiving the information, the police reached the spot and recovered the body for medico-legal formalities.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the matter, and an investigation is underway.
