In a major set back to People’s Democratic Party, Sarwar Mufti, cousin of former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti, is set to join Democratic Progressive Azad Party on November 11, news agency KNO reported quoting sources.

They said that he would join the party at a function to be chaired by DPAP president Ghulam Nabi Azad.
