(Asian News Hub) – An active militant of LeT was arrested on Thursday by security forces at Budgam in central Kashmir, KDC reported quoting official sources.
They said that militant identified as Jehangir Ahamad Naikoo son of Ghulam Mohammad, a resident of Mememder area of Shopian district was arrested near Budgam Town. “Jehangir was missing since 01 Jan 2022,” they added.
A police officer confirmed the arrest of Lashkar militant and said “One pistol with magazine and 16 rounds was recovered from his possession.”

A case under FIR no. 6/2022 under section 18, 23, 38 ULAP stands registered at Police station Chadoora in Budgam, they added. KDC
