Shopian, June 07: A JCB driver was killed while extracting sand from Rambi Ara Nallah in south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Tuesday morning.

Official sources told The Asian News Hub (ANH), that a JCB driver identified as Bilal Ahmad Lone resident of Ganapora Balpora was critically injured, when a JCB which he was operating overturned while extracting sand from Rambi Ara Nallah in Shopian this morning.
They said he was shifted to DH Shopian for treatment, where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
Meanwhile police has taken cognizance of the incident.
