The initial blast occurred outside the election office of independent candidate Asfandyar Kakar in Pishin’s Khanozai union council.

District Deputy Commissioner Jumma Dad Mandokhail reported 14 casualties and 23 injuries, with the death toll rising to 18 later at the tehsil headquarters hospital. The explosive device, concealed in a motorcycle, prompted immediate response from the police, bomb disposal squad, and other law enforcement agencies.

Shortly after, a second blast rocked Qila Saifullah outside the Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) election office. Deputy Commissioner Yasir Bazai confirmed 12 casualties and 20 injuries, later revising the death toll to 10. Critical patients were airlifted to Quetta for urgent medical attention.

The incidents underscore the pressing need for heightened security measures as the nation grapples with the disturbing surge in violence.
