Srinagar, Jan 11: The social media platform Facebook has made a major change by removing the Like button from its public page. After this new update from the company, users can no longer like Facebook’s public pages, Facebook has given this information through a blog.
The company said, “We are removing the button from the public page,” adding that the move was a step towards making the overall design easier for users.
Facebook hopes the change will increase the number of public page followers. Until now, on the Facebook page of any celebrity or organization, users used to get a Like button on the Facebook page without following, But after this new update, you will only be able to follow the public page.
The new update will be officially brought to every public page in a few months.
