Breaking: $8 a month for Twitter blue tick

Srinagar, Nov 01: Twitter’s new owner Elon Musk on Tuesday announced that people will have to pay USD 8 per month for the verified blue tick on the microblogging site.

“Twitter’s current lords & peasants system for who has or doesn’t have a blue checkmark is bullshit. Power to the people! Blue for $8/month,” Twitter owner Elon Musk tweeted.
