Srinagar, Sept 12: The Supreme Court has declined the plea of Amir Magray’s father seeking the exhumation of his son’s body to perform his last rites, news agency ANI tweeted.
Amir was killed along with three others in an encounter in Hyderpora area of Srinagar last year.
