Srinagar, May 25: A fresh spell of thundershowers is expected to affect several parts of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday afternoon and evening.
According to weather forecasts, some areas may witness intense showers, hailstorm activity and gusty winds during the spell. While most parts of Kashmir are likely to experience weather activity, the Jammu plains may largely remain dry, with the hot weather conditions expected to persist.
Weather expert Faizan Arif has suggested that orchard spraying be carried out on May 26 and 27 during the morning hours for better results and to avoid weather-related damage.
