Srinagar police on Friday said to have arrested a fraudster hailing from central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

They said that the fraudster identified as Syed Abas shah S/o Syed Yousuf Shah R/o Wahabpora Budgam was running an educational consultancy ‘Dr Minds’ at Parraypora, Srinagar was arrested for cheating, forgery with students promising MBBS admission in Iran in lieu of payment.
Students got to know of cheating and forgery after landing in Tehran, while spending months there without any admission even after paying in lakhs to this Fraudster, theh said.
Srinagar police also requested general public not to fall prey to such fraudsters running consultanties and duping students, job aspirants etc.
