The case was registered under Sections 8/20, 22, and 29 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Yaripora in Kulgam district.

The conviction followed a routine Nakka checking by vigilant police personnel, during which the accused were intercepted while traveling in a vehicle. A detailed investigation and effective prosecution culminated in the court’s verdict, holding the accused guilty.
