An assistant executive engineer (AEE) of Power Development Department (PDD) died of a cardiac arrest on Wednesday, officials said here.

AEE Mohammad Ayoub of Bon Dailgam area of Anantnag died when he was on way to attend to his duty in Yaripora, KNO reported.
He said Ayoub was posted as AEE at sub division Yaripora in Kulgam district.
“He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead on arrival,” the official said.
