Srinagar July 28: Encounter has started between terrorists and joint team of security forces in upper reaches of Mulnaar Harwan in central Kashmir’s Srinagar on Monday.
A top police officer told news agency JKNS that, contact has been established in Mulnar Forest area of Harwan.
