The delegation, comprising Dr. Farhan, Dr. Sobiya, and Dr. Tanveer, apprised the CM of the repeated rejection of recruitment files over the years, primarily due to financial constraints. They emphasized that this is not merely about job creation, but about restoring the dignity and value of the dental profession in the region.

“It is not just about employment, it’s about the dignity of our profession. Aspirants are going through an extremely tough time, many have crossed the age limit, and morale is at an all-time low,” said Dr. Mantoo.

The Chief Minister gave a patient hearing and assured the delegation that the matter would be looked into seriously. He also committed to exploring all possible solutions within the domain of financial availability.

The association expressed hope in the present government and stressed that it is high time concrete steps are taken to address this long-standing issue.
