A daily wager working in BSNL died after receiving electric shock in Pattan area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday afternoon.

A daily wager Identified as Mushtaq Ahmad Mir (48) son of Wali Mohammad Mir resident of Tantray Pora Pattan received electric shock while performing duties and was subsequently shifted to SDH Pattan where doctors declared him brought dead, KS reported.
After medico-legal formalities, the body will be handed over to legal heirs.
