A special police officer (SPO) of Jammu and Kashmir Police died after suffering from a heart attack in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Monday last night.
Quoting an official news agency Kashmir Scroll reported that an SPO Mehraj-ud-din Lone son of Abdul Aziz Lone resident of Chatibanday Bandipora suffered a heart attack and was immediately shifted to DH Bandipora, where doctors declared him dead.

They said that the deceased was posted in Police station Hajin, while further proceedings have been taken up.
