‘Duo arrested, further investigation going on’

(Asian News Hub) – The Counter Intelligence Kashmir raided a hotel in Lal Chowk area of Srinagar on Wednesday and recovered around 1 kilogram of heroine worth crores from two persons of Uri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Sources told the news agency—KNO, that a team of CIK headed by DySP headquarter CIK raided a Hotel in Lal Chowk and recovered 998 grams of heroine from the possession of two persons.
They said that heroine was recovered from two persons identified as Zameer Ahmed Mongryal son khursheed Ahmed Mongryal and Sajad Ahmed son of Ghulam Rasool—both residents of Uri.
Sources said that the duo has been arrested and further investigation has been going on into the matter.
