Jammu and Kashmir Police in Kulgam on Wednesday claimed that a boy, who is allegedly involved in harassing a girl, has been identified and that action has been initiated in this regard.

According to Asian News Hub (ANH), Police in a tweet confirmed that the harassment to a girl surfaced on the twitter through a video, in which a girl is being harassed by a boy.
Police said that the video clip has been verified and the involved has been identified. Police also said that action as warranted by law initiated at Police Station Kulgam.
“A video clip of harassment with a girl by one boy was found on twitter, the clip got verified, boy identified and action as warranted by law initiated at Police Station kulgam,” District Police Kulgam: official tweeted.
Pertinently, it is the second such incident that has surfaced on the social media platform. Earlier, a video surfaced on the social media wherein three boys on Scooty were seen harassing a girl.
Police, however, swung into action immediately and arrested all the three involved youth and also seized the Scooty.
Following the incident, authorities also suspended the registration of the Scooty.
