Srinagar, Jan 27: The body of youth who was missing since two months was retrieved from river jhelum near Budshah Bridge in Srinagar this afternoon.
Reports said that the missing youth identified as Muzamil, a resident of Parimpora, was retrieved from river jhelum.
They said local residents spotted the body and immediately alerted the police. The River Police and SDRF team swung into action and recovered the body from the river.

The body was later shifted to SMHS Hospital for medico-legal formalities.
The deceased had been missing and a missing report was filed by his family at Parimpora PS before two months.
Further investigations are underway to ascertain the circumstances leading to the youth’s death.
