Handwara, April 30: A motorcyclist was killed in a road accident on the bypass road in Handwara after his bike collided with a load carrier on Thursday, reports said.
Reports said that the motorcyclist identified as Shahid Ahmad Shah, son of Irshad Ahmad Shah, a resident of Maidan Chogal was critically injured after his motorcycle collided with a load carrier on Handwara bypass.

They said after the accident, he was immediately shifted to Government Medical College (GMC) Handwara for treatment, where doctors declared him brought dead.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated further investigation.
