An 18-month-old baby girl lost her life after allegedly receiving an electric shock at her residence in the Sundergund area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Saturday.
According to reports, the baby girl, identified as Aamina Nisar, daughter of Nisar Ahmad Mir, was immediately rushed to District Hospital Budgam for treatment. However, doctors at the hospital declared her brought dead on arrival.
An official said the child had suffered a severe electric shock at home before being shifted to the medical facility.
