(Asian News Hub) – India’s battle with the second wave of Covid-19 continued on Monday with 68,020 fresh Covid-19 cases, recording the highest spike in 2021 so far, taking the national toll to 1,20,39,644.
In the last 24 hours, 291 Covid-related deaths were recorded, as per the Union Health Ministry.
Total recoveries stand at 1,13,55,993 with 5,21,808 active cases. India’s death toll is now 1,61,843.
