Srinagar, May 24: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has strongly condemned the brutal killing of a minor girl in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Sunday.
Officials said the Lieutenant Governor spoke with the Director General of Police and other senior officials, issuing strict directions to ensure a thorough and time-bound investigation into the incident.

He assured that those responsible for the heinous crime would be identified and brought to justice without any leniency.
