Srinagar, Apr 21: Prominent Islamic cleric Maulana Rehmatullah Qasmi on Tuesday said that Islam provides a comprehensive code of conduct for life, setting clear limits on intoxicants and emphasising personal responsibility to society.
Qasmi said that guidance on human conduct is laid down in the Holy Qur’an, where matters of permissible and prohibited actions are explained.
