In a deeply heartbreaking development, the wife of Srinagar-based dentist Dr. Rouf Jeelani passed away on Sunday morning at a hospital in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
The tragic news was confirmed to Kashmir News Service by Umar Nazir Tibet Baqal, General Secretary of the All Jammu & Kashmir Haj Umrah Tour Operators Association.

Earlier, Dr. Rouf Jeelani had made a heartfelt video appeal on social media, seeking urgent administrative help to save his wife. Sadly, despite all efforts, her life could not be saved, leaving the family and well-wishers in profound grief.
