A 25-year-old man died in a road accident in Anantnag on Wednesday, officials said.
The deceased was identified as Zahoor Ahmad Wani, son of Ghulam Hasan Wani, a resident of Aishmuqam. Officials told Kashmir News Corner (KNC) that he was referred from District Hospital Anantnag to SKIMS Soura in an unconscious condition, where doctors declared him brought dead.

According to officials, the driver lost control of the vehicle and it crashed into a mulberry tree. Police have taken cognisance of the incident and further investigation is underway.
