In a tragic incident, two children were killed while another sustained injuries after a tractor hit them in the Taad area of Tangdhar in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Tuesday.
Officials said a tractor bearing registration number JK09B-4871, driven by a local resident, struck three minor children at Qureshi Mohalla, Taad.
The deceased were identified as Aliya Bashir (8) and Azlan Sajad (7), both residents of Taad. The injured child, Shaizan Muneer, was shifted to SDH Tangdhar, where he is undergoing treatment.

Police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated further investigation to ascertain the circumstances leading to the accident. (KNT)
