Shopian, Aug 29: A 12-year-old differently-abled boy died after falling into a canal near his home in Check Ramnagri area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Friday.
Officials said the boy, identified as Mohd Hussain Dar, son of Mushtaq Ahmad Dar, accidentally slipped into the canal. He was immediately rushed to District Hospital Shopian, where doctors declared him brought dead.
