Kupwara, May 24: A 55-year-old man lost his life after accidentally falling into a deep gorge while collecting grass in the forest area of Beadi Teetwal in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Saturday, officials said.
According to officials, the deceased has been identified as Mohd Rafi Tunch, a resident of Beadi Teetwal. He had gone to the nearby forest to gather green grass when he slipped and fell into a gorge, dying on the spot.
